Single Property Sample Programming

Single property meeting programming is information-based and viewer friendly. A programming cycle is normally 60 to 90 minutes in length and repeats for 24 hours and is then replaced by the next day’s edition.

• Daily Program Introduction and Close – 4 days
Customize your programming with a daily introduction and program close from CTV’s news anchor. Set the tone for the day and remind viewers of upcoming events. This add on is a simple way to give your show a very customized feel.

• Daily customized animated program Open –4 DAYS
This 15-second animated segment features images of the host city and the client’s corporate and event logos. The station call letters change from CTV to match the user association. For example, The International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society becomes IGARSS-TV.

• Daily Association VIP Greeting – 4 DAYS
The association’s president or other selected VIPs will tape 4 daily greeting that are 30 to 60 seconds in length. Taping happens in one session, using a teleprompter and scheduled before the opening of the show. The client may provide scripts or CTV can write the material submit it for client approval.

• Daily 5-minute newscast – 4 DAYS
Important events of each day are covered in the newscast hosted by a professional anchorperson. Video B-roll, still images, maps and logos give this segment a “CNN Headline News” feel. Material is taken from the convention schedule and approved by the user association well in advance of production.

• Man-On-The-Street Interviews
TWO (2), 5-MINUTE SEGMENTS TO RUN FOR 1 DAY EACH

Another great way to involve members. CTV will take a camera crew and an interviewer to a heavy traffic area – the Expo, cyber café, registration – stop attendees and ask them quick questions. It can be the basics – “What is your name and where are you from?” “What are you looking forward to the most at this meeting?” – OR – You can give us questions specific to meeting topics – “If you could talk to association leaders about creating a new insurance plan – what would you tell them?”

With CTV programming the Expo never closes. Exhibitors can increase their “face time” with their target audience for a few “on floor” hours to 24-hours-a-day. Nothing drives traffic or creates more buzz than CTV programming.

• Expo Floor Shoot (Attendees create the station breaks) 4 HOURS SHOOTING ON THE EXPO FLOOR – Greetings will be run throughout days 3 and 4.
If you choose – Greeters may come by the CTV location studio prior to the opening of the show and shoot greetings for days 1 and 2. Very appropriate for association executives and senior management.
What to create excitement? This will do it! CTV will take a camera crew, a backdrop and an interviewer to your association booth (or a location you designate) on the Expo opening day. Attendees will be invited to “make a station break” by stepping in front of the camera and saying their name, where they are from and “You’re Watching ??-TV”

Add some free popcorn and a TV monitor and watch the crowd and the fun build.
